14-Day Returns Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Returned Items
- To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in the same condition as when sold
- Be unused and free from damage, wear, or alteration
- Include all original accessories, packaging, and contents
- Items returned in an unacceptable condition may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged by the customer
- Faults caused by misuse or user error
- Opened or used accessories, including (but not limited to) screen protectors
Refunds
- All returns are inspected upon receipt
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded by bank transfer
Additional Information
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
